Services We Bring You

We bring what so many others don't—an ability to focus on what's possible, rather than what's broken or what's inhibiting performance. Research proves that change occurs more effectively and efficiently when your focus is on the "possible."

The different areas of expertise that we bring to the table are all grounded in this "possibilities foundation." This foundation based in Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and other time tested methodologies has formed the backbone of our approach. Our customers tell us that by focusing on the possible rather than the problems, they have been able to "become more efficient and perform better."

The Spiral Approach

The spiral is a symbol that is centrally featured in our logo and in images throughout our website. It’s an ancient symbol used with many meanings by many people.  For us it is a dynamic symbol for managing change. One meaning for us is about keeping the end in mind and being able to deliver at any point in time, at a given level of effort. Change management is not linear. It is a spiral path.  What changes and what it takes to change those elements is what our spiral symbol is about.

Scroll over the graphic below  to learn more about how our spiral concept applies to an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Summit event, as part of a larger Strategic Planning effort.

Scope

This step may be referred to as "Scoping." We work closely with the client to define the level of effort and to co-design the process forward. For an Appreciative Inquiry (AI) process, this may be a series of smaller meetings.

Collaborate

This step is highly collaborative with the client to set the stage for the larger intervention or AI Summit. This step may include Pilot-testing or facilitating a mini-inquiry to gather more detailed input.

Design

This step focuses around designing the actual AI Summit as a critical piece of the longer term strategic planning process. Again, the client is always highly involved in each step of the process.

Facilitate

This step focuses on facilitating the intervention or event, in this case the AI Summit.

Implement

Once the facilitated event is complete, the next steps would include the "Implementation Phase," where the outcomes of all the collaborative thinking and detailed planning becomes a reality.
