Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a system of thought that has formed the backbone of CGC’s approach to strategy development and performance improvement. AI focuses on “what is possible,” rather than what is problematic. Our customers tell us that by focusing on the possible rather than the problems, they have been able to “become more efficient and perform better.”
