Strategy & Change Management- Mid-Level Consultant

Position DescriptionCGC is seeking an experienced consultant to lead projects and clients through strategic planning, business transformation, stakeholder engagement and management, and performance management efforts.  Candidate will be playing a project management role for a large Federal Government client.  Candidate must have experience in leading groups, leading teams and managing the full lifecycle of projects.  CGC is looking for those interested in using their independent thinking and entrepreneurial spirit to support leaders in the industry and their organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:  Graduate degree or applicable credentials (e.g. PMP, OD, etc.) preferred with 3+ years of consulting experience, or a Bachelors degree with 5+ years of consulting experience.  Experience working with the Federal Government is preferred

High level of expertise in management consulting skills is required which include: strong writing, editing, speaking, presentation, facilitation, computing, analysis and interpersonal skills.   Prefer candidate to have some experience with data analysis using statistical software and the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, Visio).  Demonstrated experience is required with meeting planning and management, large and small group facilitation, leading/managing projects and project teams (including staff, budget and schedule).

Strategy & Change Management- analyst

Position Description:  CGC is seeking an analyst level consultant to support various change management and business transformation projects. Consultant will support project managers and work as part of a project team to lead clients through strategic planning, business transformation, stakeholder engagement and management, and performance management efforts. Candidate should havel experience with working as part of a project team and supporting all levels of the project lifecycle.

Analyst Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelors degree with 3+ years of consulting experience or Graduate degree preferred with 1+ years of consulting experience (internships or full time).  Experience working with the Federal Government is preferable. 

Proficiency in general consulting skills is required which include: strong writing, editing, speaking, presentation, computing, and interpersonal skills.   Prefer candidate to have strong analytic and quantitative skills, including experience in statistical analysis and the use of a statistical software. Candidate should have a demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint,Visio).  Experience is preferred in survey research, meeting planning and management, and working as part of a project team.  Candidate should have the drive to be successful, a strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, creativity and an ability to thrive in an unstructured, deadline-driven environment.
