History
Founded in 1989, Coray Gurnitz Consulting guides performance improvement efforts for organizations through developing and implementing strategies and processes that are co-created with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Early on, our firm established a strong foundation in Business
Process Reengineering using our expertise in measurement and analysis. Over
time, we brought together the philosophies of Appreciative Inquiry
and Social Constructionism and evolved our performance improvement
approach to one based on the art of the possible. It is this
framework that differentiates Coray Gurnitz Consulting from other
firms. With this evolution also came a shift in our clients’ understanding
of our value, resulting in our deployment on larger, more challenging
projects, and enabling a five-fold growth of the firm over the
last five years.
A woman-owned, boutique firm in the Washington, DC metropolitan
area, we focus on the government niche—working with Federal,
State, and Local governments as well as private companies and not-for-profit
associations. We have intentionally remained relatively small,
allowing us to be more flexible and responsive to client needs,
while at the same time building a close and valuable community
of clients, partners, and staff. |
