Performance Improvement Composite Story

We have consulted to various organizations challenged with improving their performance.  In one case, the organization lacked needed processes to support the performance of its operation and its human capital.  When we met the organization, it had just received a five-fold increase in funding, from $50M to $250M for its program and a performance-based contract had been awarded for program operations. 

In support of the demands for new levels of service, Coray Gurnitz Consulting was asked to analyze what would be needed to align the business processes and human capital needs with the program delivery requirements.  Working with Headquarters and Regional staffs, we facilitated the development of a new approach to program delivery; a model that was centrally-managed and de-centrally executed.  Additionally, we analyzed the competencies necessary to operate the new model; developed a Balanced Score Card to be used by leaders to manage performance; defined new processes and standard operating procedures; and designed employee performance plans aligned to the overall organization targets.
