ABOUT CG STRATEGY

CG Strategy is a woman-owned, small business with more than 30 years of experience applying organizational science methods to help our clients deliver on their public promise to achieve a measurable, lasting impact.

CGS is comprised of a team of organization development and public policy practitioners that are expert in
designing and facilitating a process to achieve outcomes of improved organizational and programmatic performance. As a small firm, we are both adaptive and responsive to the unique needs of our clients. We view each client relationship as a true partnership which has allowed us to build a strong history of successful, impactful work. Our clients’ success is our success.

Our Capabilities

CGS practitioners offer a diverse set of skills, with certifications in organization development, public pol-
icy, strategy development, business transformation, meeting facilitation, training, and project management. Our methods and tools build on our in-depth knowledge of and experience working in the public and non-
profit sectors. Our services include:

Our Methods

Our practitioners are passionate about achieving results through a collaborative and efficient process. Leveraging whole systems, appreciative, and agile methods, we are focused on designing a process to meet our clients’ needs. We are not aligned to a specific methodology or product; we believe that the most important and impactful work results from the right people engaging in the right process.

As a neutral partner we ask the hard questions and offer advisory support to leaders at all levels of the organization. Our practitioners have the unique ability to bring together participants for complex conversations in a meaningful and respectful way. Our approach creates a safe space where ideas become solutions and mutual understanding emerges to heal strained relationships and set a new path forward.

The CGS Benefit

Our approach feels different because it is different. Recognizing and honoring individual and organizational strengths, fostering trusting relationships, and building organizational capacity is not a biproduct of our approach; it is intentional. Our dialogic approach enables organizations to see new and different opportunities along the way. We work with our clients to evaluate how and when to address these opportunities to create the greatest impact for individuals, leaders, and the organization.
